Layout Description: Aft Captains Quarters with an extra
single berth and a double berth and companionway to cockpit.

Dedicated barometer, protected from splash intrusion by covered
cockpit in any weather. Always pleasantly warm even with out ESPAR
HEATER. Very large head between aft cabin and forward cabin.
Engine Compartment center between forward and aft cabins with access
panels on all four sides and top. Next forward is the Large Galley
to the Port side, and the Navigators Station to the Starboard side
with the forward companionway central between the navstation and
galley. Next forward is a large table with two folding leaves which
has on many occasions provided dinner for 8 adults. With one leaf
folded there is a double bunk to the port and a single to the
starboard. Next forward is the forward head to the port and to the
starboard a lot of storage area, hanging locker, and many drawers.
Next forward is the forward cabin. Berths are slightly elevated
with massive storage under them several layers deep. Center cushion
fitted, and access to chain stowage. Forward of central cabin is
the forward locker with electrical access and substantial stowage.

Deck Description: Clean wide teak decks. Three surveys
since 2006, 2007, and 2008 verify teak decks in excellent
condition. Large strong bow and stern pulpit ss. Also large and
strong SS stanchions at mast. Excellent ground tackle, both heavy
chain and lines, good high safety lines around entire boat. Port
and Starboard 8,000 lb. safety line (Tape) for foul weather safety.

Cockpit cover: Large bimini with quality plastic zippers to
completely enclose cockpit in panel sections. Large clear space
windows. Strong, good shape, water and weather proof. Easily comes
apart in good weather and stores easily. Fast to reassemble as
needed by decaying conditions. Great access to deck. Can operate
sails in cockpit with in total enclosure A terrific asset in
inclement weather.
